Objects of study: The development of a new system of remuneration for employees of JSC "Astana International Airport"" covered the heads of structural divisions and the main professional and qualification groups of production, support and administrative personnel of JSC "Astana International Airport"".
When conducting research, Kazakhstan's experience in organizing wages in business entities was used. Wages have relatively fixed and variable parts in the amounts provided for by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The new system determines the size of the tariff rates for workers and official salaries of employees, depending on professional training, skill level, working conditions, experience and other conditions that are necessary for the implementation of the relevant professional activity.
• Analysis of the current system of remuneration of employees of JSC "Astana International Airport"
• Development of proposals and recommendations for bringing the names of professions of workers and positions of managers, specialists and other employees in line with the current regulations
• Development of conceptual directions and methodological base of a new remuneration system for JSC "Astana International Airport"
• Substantiation and development of wage scales for workers and salary schemes for employees, depending on the complexity of the work performed and the level of required qualifications
• Justification of the bonus system and other forms of remuneration for employees of Astana International Airport, depending on the achievement of quantitative and qualitative indicators, taking into account specific features (JSC structure, specifics of services provided, etc.)
• Development of a draft Regulation on remuneration of employees of JSC "Astana International Airport" in accordance with the requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure of a new system of remuneration of employees of JSC "Astana International Airport"
