Services for the implementation of analytical research on attracting foreign investment, protecting the rights of foreign investors in Kazakhstan
Consider problematic issues of current foreign investors on the basis of materials provided by the Customer (at least 7 requests).
Perform and submit for approval a preliminary calculation of the cost of services of specialists of both categories for consideration of each request.
Study the materials on each foreign investor, and give a legal assessment of the situation from the point of view of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, identifying problematic issues of foreign investors.
Analyze the current RK legislation for its application to resolve the identified problematic issues separately for each foreign investor.
Provide legal support for foreign investors in joint consultations of foreign investors with interested government agencies at the central and regional levels, with the exception of litigation.
