Purpose of the Project: Development of the financial incentives mechanism for workers to motivate them to achieve high productivity

• Development of proposals and recommendations to increase the dependence of the size of wages on the work results of employees and departments

• Study of the process of work production and provision of services by employees of JSC "NC "KazAvtoZhol"; analysis of the current system of remuneration and incentives for employees; identification of the compliance of the remuneration and bonus system with the requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the procedure for setting tariff rates and official salaries, a system of incentives for payments (bonuses, rewards, surcharges and allowances, etc.)

• Development of conceptual directions for improving the system of material motivation of employees of JSC "NC "KazAvtoZhol", taking into account specific features (structure of JSC, degree of independence of branches, etc.)

• Development of a financial incentives mechanism depending on the regional characteristics of the provision of services, the volume of services provided, the qualifications of employees and the degree of their responsibility for the final results of production. The mechanism of financial motivation should include the procedure for differentiating tariff rates and salaries depending on the specific conditions of production, the dependence of the size and bonuses and other remuneration for observing (improving) the established KPI,
