Development of a conceptual project for separate accounting and automation of the budget planning and management accounting system for JSC "Republican newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda”
• Diagnostics of the current state of budget management systems, management accounting in order to identify the main directions of development and the subsequent implementation of separate accounting
• Development of a system, methodological framework and regulations for budget management, management accounting, separate accounting for costs, assets and income of the company
• Development of functional requirements for the infrastructure of information systems for the implementation of new systems of budgetary management, management accounting, separate accounting by course, costs and company assets
• Implementation of separate accounting for income, costs and company assets, i.e., complex fulfillment of the above three conditions
• Implementation and automation of budget management systems, management accounting, balanced scorecard systems in the software of the Client 1С-accounting 8.2.
