The purpose of the subcomponent 2.1 "Measures for the development of suppliers" is to increase the competitiveness of selected small and medium-sized enterprises by implementing a comprehensive program for the development of suppliers in Kazakhstan.
Development of a project for creating SDS, including institutional and regulatory aspects
Development of a scope of SDS for the period 2017-2020
Development of draft regulations on the SDS, organizational structure and indicative budget of the SDS
Development of draft technical specifications (Terms of Reference) for services for the implementation of the Strategy for creating SDS, including the creation of SDS, the development of competence and the implementation of pilot programs
Technical assistance to interested parties
