Purpose: vision of the participation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the development of alternative transport routes.
Tasks:
• The formation of a conceptual vision of the architecture of transport corridors, satisfying the needs of the economy of Kazakhstan (export, import) and adjacent countries using the infrastructure of Kazakhstan in new geopolitical conditions;
• Development of a road implementation roadmap.
Research structure:
• Analysis of the current situation: analysis of the internal and external situation in geopolitical, market, geographical and industrial contexts. Risk identification and the assessment of the consequences and the possibility of their mitigation by the development of alternative transport corridors;
• Development of a vision: Conceptual development of the architecture of transport corridors (institutionalization of partnerships, regulation and management, operating rooms and business requirements) that meet the needs of the economy (export, import) and adjacent countries using Kazakhstan's infrastructure in new geopolitical conditions;
• Development of a roadmap: building a roadmap of integration and design initiatives at the level of states, industry regulators, operators and infrastructure owners
