Purpose of the project: to calculate the standards for the optimal number of employees for servicing passenger trains of the railway transport system, as well as rates of costs for servicing the cars during preparation for a trip for their subsequent use in work
Project objective: Development of standards for the number of employees and their subsequent coordination and approval in the manner prescribed by law
• Study of the labor process (along the route, at points of storage, formation and turnover) of train crews of long-distance trains and local traffic (head of passage, conductor of a passenger car), conductors
• Carrying out appropriate calculations based on research and technological processes of the passenger economy
• Development of the Project, including:
- draft standards for the number of cars serviced by train crews, conductors;
- draft time norms for preparation, acceptance and delivery of cars by conductors of passenger cars, conductors;
- approximate work and rest schedules for train crew workers, conductors;
- methodological instructions for calculating the number of conductor of passenger cars, train chief, conductors.
