The main purpose of the complex monitoring of the Object is to ensure state bodies with the necessary information about the state of the monitoring Object, trends and forecasts of their development to ensure the economic security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, protect the national economy from internal and external conditions, processes and factors that threaten its sustainable development and economic independence.
The objectives of the examination are:
1) direct examination of the monitoring Object;
2) collection and systemic analysis of information on the subject of monitoring;
3) analysis of the financial, economic, legal, technological, industrial and technical, environmental condition of the monitoring Object;
4) assessment of the effectiveness of the management of the monitoring Object and the forecast of the influence of the monitoring Object on the development of the economy of the industry, region and the republic as a whole;
5) the development of recommendations based on the results of the examination and analysis aimed at increasing the efficiency of the monitoring Object, preventing and overcoming negative processes that constitute a threat to economic security of the state.
