• Technological and technical aspects of the activities of enterprises, taking into account the obligations to ensure the stable operation of the objects
• Environmental protection
• Analysis of social and labor aspects
• Financial and economic analysis of the economic activities of the Objects
• Resume
• Conclusion
• Analysis of the effectiveness of asset management of the surveyed Objects and factors influencing the results of the Objects' activities.
Formation of general conclusions of monitoring
Comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of property management (including the effectiveness of production management, cash flows, assessment of the quality of management management)
Specification of the range of identified problems related to the legal, production, technical, financial, economic, social and environmental activities of the Monitoring Objects
Providing recommendations for the Objects of monitoring, for the government body:
a) to improve the efficiency of management of the Objects by the managers of the owner or manager;
b) on legal and economic measures to encourage enterprises to accelerate modernization (changes in the legislative and regulatory framework, the provision of tax and customs preferences, concessional lending, infrastructure development, etc.);
c) on identified problems;
d) proposals for further activities of the Monitoring Objects (feasibility of activities in the relevant commodity market with proposals for their transfer to a competitive environment, liquidation, reorganization or transfer to the authorized capital of the national Holding, national companies).
