Order of services:
1. Carrying out, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, a basic comprehensive survey of the monitored object by a working group formed by independent experts with whom contracts have been concluded for the survey, based on industry affiliation and the specifics of the State Enterprise.
2. Collection and analysis of information on legal, technical, technological, environmental, investment, financial and other issues of the State Enterprise.
3. Implementation of a systematic analysis of materials obtained as a result of the survey, including:
- preliminary analysis, which is carried out at the stage of collecting materials and preliminary processing by comparing expert data in all sections and comparing with statistical reporting data;
- a general technical and economic analysis of the activities of the State Enterprise, which integrates an interconnected set of indicators of the State Enterprise, including those under property lease;
- identification of all existing problems for each block of analysis;
- economic and legal analysis, in which, based on the obtained performance indicators of the State Enterprise, information on the state of the property of the State Enterprise, including property leased (rented), and the identified problems in accordance with the current legislation, recommendations are developed for the monitoring object and relevant state organs.
Monitoring included the analysis of:
- state of resources, technologies of the main and auxiliary productions;
- financial and economic activities;
- environmental protection and rational use of natural resources;
- personnel and social policy;
- legal issues: compliance of the activities carried out with the charter of the organization, property lease agreements;
- fulfillment of obligations and conditions of property lease agreements.
Task - provision of a report that contains:
• General information about the monitoring object

• Condition of state property, material and technical equipment of the monitoring object, technology of main and auxiliary production, volumes and quality of services
• Environmental protection
• Personnel and social policy
• Financial and economic activities. Economic aspects of the monitoring object
