The purpose of the study: scientifically and technically sound norms of time and the standards of the load of employees of organizations providing public services for the appointment of social benefits and establishing disability allow to determine the actual need for state organizations for staff and form its optimal structure, which contributes to the rational spending of budget funds allocated for its maintenance, and more efficient performance of the functions assigned to it.
