Women's entrepreneurship is given special attention in the world community, both by government bodies and international organizations. To improve the status of women, measures are being taken to empower them.
To stimulate women's entrepreneurship, it was proposed to expand support tools through the development of a microfinance program in the form of leasing for women entrepreneurs. To develop them, a review of existing leasing financing programs in Kazakhstan, an analysis of the possibilities and conditions for developing a program for leasing financing of women entrepreneurs have been carried out.
Research method: desk research based on the collection of information from open sources for its further systematization and analysis.
Analysis of the possibilities and conditions for developing a leasing financing program for women entrepreneurs:
• Analysis of existing leasing financing programs in Kazakhstan
• SWOT-analysis for the development of a leasing financing program for women entrepreneurs
Development of leasing financing program for women entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan:
• Determination of funding to finance the program (republican budget/resources of MFO/Private funds)
• Determination of the leasing financing operator of women entrepreneurs
• Determination of the main conditions for the provision of leasing financing of women entrepreneurs (leasing subject, leasing term, nominal remuneration rate, advance payment, etc.)
• Development/proposal of the leasing financing mechanism of women entrepreneurs, a draft program of leasing financing of women entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
