The transition to the industrial and innovative development of the country will make it possible to quickly respond to the challenges of the global economy and consistently increase its competitiveness in world markets. This fact dictates the need to take appropriate measures to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the SPAIID, as well as sectoral programs in the industry.
• Preparation of proposals for output data, its visualization (graphs, diagrams) and update frequency for the formation of a database on target indicators of the SPAIID;
• Carrying out factor analysis and annual assessments of the achievement of the SPAIID target indicators at the end of 2010 in accordance with the methodological documents of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the requirements for monitoring, evaluation, control over the implementation of state programs;
• Development of substantiated specific proposals for updating the Government's Action Plan for the implementation of SPAIID, including measures for innovation, investment, foreign trade and fiscal policy;
• Preparation of proposals for output data, its visualization (graphs, diagrams) and frequency of updates for the formation of a database on target indicators of 9 sectoral programs of the SPAIID, including the IPV of the volume of production and labor productivity;
• Performing factor analysis and annual assessments of the achievement of target indicators of sectoral programs;
• Development of substantiated specific proposals for updating the tasks and measures of industry programs;
• Preparation of proposals for output data, its visualization (graphs, diagrams) and periodic updates to form a database on target indicators of territorial development programs (in terms of industrial development).
