• Development of a qualification reference book of positions / specialties (typical qualification characteristics of RSE positions)
• Development of a normative document “Time norms for the performance of work on the provision of services to the population by employees of the PSC”
• Development of standard rates for production operation costs related to the provision of services to the population by PSC employees by type of expenses
• Development of a draft methodology for determining the cost of public services and the formation of the cost of one hour of an employee of RSE "PSC"
