Relevance:
It is necessary to deeply study the international practice of conducting expert analytical measures, the development of methodological recommendations for such work in the Republic of Kazakhstan using modern methods of quantitative, qualitative analysis, methods of economic and mathematical modeling, etc.
Objects of research:
- Income and expenses of the republican budget
- Activities of the selected administrator of budget programs (object of control)
Purpose: Determining methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the object of control, the impact of its work and the violations and deficiencies in the economy, with the development of management based on economic and mathematical models identified during the expert-analytical event.
Analysis of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the control object (government agency and subject of the quasi-state sector)
Determination of types and forms of expert-analytical work, determination of the criteria and indicators of classification to them
Formation of proposals and recommendations on general rules and procedures for conducting expert analytical measures
Provision of draft instructions (manuals) on the application of the developed economic and mathematical models for assessing the effectiveness of the control object
Participation in testing economic and mathematical models in pilot mode and, if necessary, updating the model
The formation of a preliminary report, including developed draft methodological documents
