Purpose of the study: Expert, analytical and methodological support for assessing the achievement of strategic goals and objectives of local executive bodies
• Participation in field inspections and rechecks of the reporting data of the regions to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the LEB, as well as in the preparation of assessment conclusions
• Formation of a detailed analytical report on this area of assessment
• Analysis of the assessment results, reflecting the reasons, identified deficiencies, for each criterion of the approved Methodology for the presented assessment direction
• Analysis of the objectivity, coverage and relevance of the criteria and indicators established in the methodology, confirmed by the results of the assessment carried out in 2014, and making appropriate proposals for improving the methodology
