Purpose: the study of the level of development of competition (analysis of the state of competition) in the market for services for the development and maintenance of information systems in the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Tasks: Providing an expert opinion (report) and subsequent support of the report in the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - AZRK/APDC)
An expert opinion on the state of the laboratory market in the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the following structure and contains the following information (data):
1. A historical excursion the market of services for the development and maintenance of information systems in the oil and gas industry of the Kazakh SSR, the Republic of Kazakhstan, its development and activity at present.
2. Assessment of the capacity of the market of claimed services in the oil and gas industry.
3. Analysis of the quantitative and qualitative composition of the executors in the market of relevant services in the oil and gas industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan with the allocation of domestic and foreign entities indicating:
1) year of formation;
2) the profile of activity;
3) number and qualification composition of employees (if possible);
4) the composition and assessments of the material and technical base (if possible);
5) market volume over the past 5 years.
4. Assessment of the potential of the subjects of the services market in order to identify the availability of real competition in the market of claimed services in the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Conclusions about the market of claimed services in the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the development of the market (assessment of the state of the competitive environment in the market).
6. The report must contain the GCEA according to the general classification of types of economic activities (Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan 03-2019), which includes the type of activity in the application to the AZRK/APDC.
7. The expert opinion was compiled taking into account the Methodology in terms of applicability.
