AERC continues to monitor the dynamics of Brent crude oil prices. AERC also monitors changes in OPEC and IEA forecasts.
According to the October OPEC review, Kazakhstan increased oil production in August by 75 thousand bpd compared to the previous month, reaching 1.545 million bpd. OPEC notes that the overall growth in oil production in non-OPEC countries was largely due to an increase in volumes in Kazakhstan. This led to non-compliance with the oil production quota.
