AERC continues to monitor the dynamics of new housing prices according to the Krisha.kz website. In the current review, taking into account the end of 2023, AERC provides a more detailed analysis of the dynamics of prices for primary housing as a whole for the period 2013-2023. According to the analysis, in the new housing market of Kazakhstan signs of a bubble were observed: the rate of growth in housing prices, adjusted to 2013, outpaced the rate of growth in consumer prices and even prices in construction. However, since 2023, the dynamics in the primary housing market have shown signs of cooling.
