PRICES FOR NEW HOUSING ACCORDING TO THE DATA OF THE WEBSITE KRISHA.KZ (May, 2024)

AERC continues to monitor the price dynamics in the primary housing market based on data from the Krisha.kz website. In the current review, we have structured the analysis to provide the most comprehensive understanding of the country's housing market. Specifically, the review includes an analysis of construction dynamics, housing commissioning, and more. According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (BNS ASPR RK), annual growth in new housing prices slowed in April. On a monthly basis, according to BNS, prices per square meter of new housing fell from 486,579 to 484,626 tenge per square meter. According to Krisha.kz, prices on April 30 were higher than on March 30: 431,388 against 420,637 tenge per square meter. The report also notes a sharp increase in the number of listings: from 626 new buildings on March 30 to 650 on April 30. The construction dynamics across the country are positive.
