AERC continues to monitor prices for new housing based on data from the Krisha.kz website. In July, the number of new listings for real estate increased to 635, slightly surpassing the June figure of 627. The average price per square meter, according to the listings, also showed moderate growth, rising by 0.4% to 441,257 tenge compared to 439,584 tenge in June. Meanwhile, according to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average cost per square meter of new housing in July was 488,859 tenge, reflecting a 0.1% increase compared to the previous month.
