AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in July 2025 amounted to KZT 528,559, representing an 9.6% increase compared to July 2024.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of July 31, 2025 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 503 049 nationwide, reflecting a 14% (YoY) increase.
In July 2025, an acceleration of growth rates in the average price per square meter of housing was observed both in major cities and across the country. The positive trend in the primary real estate market recorded in many regions led to an increase in the monthly growth rate of the average price from 0.3% in June to 1.4% (MoM).
