AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in April 2026 amounted to KZT 615,933, representing an 15.1% increase compared to April 2025.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of April 30, 2026 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 587,158 nationwide, reflecting a 18.2% (YoY) increase.
According to AERC’s analysis, the primary housing market is expected to maintain moderately positive dynamics in the near term, although price growth may become more uneven across regions.
