AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in September 2025 amounted to KZT 549,366, representing a 12.8% increase compared to September 2024.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of September 30, 2025 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 514 378 nationwide, reflecting a 15.8% (YoY) increase.
In September 2025, the primary housing market recorded an acceleration in the growth rate of the average price. The increase in the monthly growth rate of the national average price from 0.2% in August to 2.0% (MoM) may be attributed to seasonal factors that traditionally contribute to price increases during the autumn period.
