AERC continues to monitor prices for new buildings according to the Krisha.kz website. Briefly in the current report:
- According to data from the Krisha.kz website as of November 30, 2023, 661 new buildings are offered for purchase across Kazakhstan with a stated completion date of 1 sq. m. 2023 and later (in November – 647).
- The largest number of announcements of new buildings is still in the cities of Astana and Almaty.
- In terms of house classes, the “Comfort” class is still the most common class of new and under construction housing in all regions.
- The average price for all advertisements of new buildings on the Krisha.kz website was 355,011 tenge per sq.m. as of November 30, 2023. meter (on October 30 it was 355,420 tenge), over the month the average price of new housing in Kazakhstan on the platform decreased by 0.11%
