AERC continues to monitor the dynamics of prices for Russian oil according to the St. Petersburg Exchange. In January, prices for Russian oil, continuing the December trend, traded below prices for the benchmark Brent. However, the Russian oil price ceiling of $60/barrel is still not respected.
