AERC continues to monitor prices for new buildings according to the Krisha.kz website. To date, we have managed to accumulate data from October 2023 to February 2024, and therefore there is already an opportunity for a comparative analysis of prices per sq. meter and the number of announcements about new buildings by city. In the current review, special attention is paid to prices per sq. meter in new buildings in Almaty. It was noted that in February, prices for apartments in new buildings in Almaty are lower than in January, both according to official data from the BNS ASPR of the Republic of Kazakhstan and according to the Krisha.kz website. It can be assumed that this was influenced by recent events related to the earthquake.
