AERC continues to monitor prices for new housing according to the Krisha.kz website. According to the BNS ASPR of the Republic of Kazakhstan, prices for new housing in March decreased by 0.4% compared to February. According to the website Krisha.kz, as of March 31, 2024, prices for new housing, in contrast to official data, increased compared to data as of February 29, 2024, on average from 405,473 to 420,637 tenge. The current review highlights factors that could influence further increases in new home prices in the short term.
