AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in March 2026 amounted to KZT 612,315, representing an 16.6% increase compared to March 2025.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of March 31, 2026 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 557,765 nationwide, reflecting a 12.0% (YoY) increase.
According to AERC’s analysis, the primary housing market will exhibit moderate growth in the near future, with regional differentiation remaining. Government measures and preferential mortgage programs continue to be the primary support factors in the market.
