AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in November 2025 amounted to KZT 568,813, representing an 15.5% increase compared to November 2024.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of November 30, 2025 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 522 538 nationwide, reflecting a 15.7% (YoY) increase.
In November, prices per square meter of new housing remained stable from the previous month in most regions, with the exception of large cities, which contributed to a decline in the national average. However, in annual terms, price growth remains high (15.7%), exceeding the annual inflation rate (12.4% in November)
