AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in December 2025 amounted to KZT 571,220, representing a 15.7% increase compared to December 2024.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of December 31, 2025 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 556 439 nationwide, reflecting a 22.4% (YoY) increase.
According to AERC analysis, the primary housing market will be characterized by moderate price growth amid continuing high regional heterogeneity. In regional terms, price growth for new housing varies from negative values to above 20%, reflecting differences in local supply and demand conditions. Nevertheless, the overall picture points to a steady upward trend
