AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in June 2025 amounted to KZT 527,220, representing an 9.5% increase compared to June 2024.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of June 30, 2025 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 496,343 nationwide, reflecting a 12.9% (YoY) increase.
In June 2025, signs of colling emerged in Kazakhstan’s housing market: demand continued to decline, while price growth slowed amid rising volumes of new housing supply. The share of transactions in major cities – Astana and Almaty – decreased notably.
