AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in June 2026 amounted to KZT 617,555, representing an 0.7% increase compared to May 2026.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of June 30, 2026 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 594,927 nationwide, reflecting a 1.4% (MoM) decrease.

According to AERC analysis, In the coming months, the primary housing market is expected to maintain moderate and uneven price dynamics. Key supply-side factors include rising costs of construction works and materials, the pace of new housing commissioning, the volume of available supply, developers’ activity, and the breakdown of supply by housing class.
