AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the primary housing market in Kazakhstan. As of February 26, 2025, Krisha.kz listed 666 new-build properties, with 29 of them being foreign estate.
According to the website, the average price per square meter continued to display an upward trend, increasing in February 2025 by 2.2% compared to January - from 458,656 to 468,818 tenge. Meanwhile, compared to February 2024, the growth of prices for new housing amounted to 15.6%. (Recall that in February 2024, the average price per square meter was 405,473 tenge according to the Krisha.kz).
