AERC continues to monitor the dynamics of real estate prices according to the Krisha.kz website and official data. According to the BNS ASPR RK, prices per square meter of new housing accelerated their growth in October: the price increased by 0.6% over the month or 2.3% compared to October 2023, amounting to 497,316 tenge.
In turn, according to the Krisha.kz platform, in October 2024, the number of advertisements for new buildings on the real estate market increased to 645 (in September there were 632). Along with the increase in the number of advertisements, the average price per square meter also continued to show moderate growth, increasing by 1.04% (mo-m) to 448,854 tenge compared to 444,251 tenge in September.
It should be noted that according to the Krisha.kz website, Almaty in October became the leader both in terms of growth rates, amounting to 1.89% compared to the previous month, and in terms of the average cost of housing, which reached 677,229 tenge per square meter, which is still the highest figure in the republic.
