AERC continues to monitor price dynamics in the new housing market using data from Krisha.kz.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR RK, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in October 2025 amounted to KZT 555,161, representing an 13.1% increase compared to October 2024.
The data from the Krisha.kz show that as of October 31, 2025 the average price per square meter of new housing stood at KZT 554 924 nationwide, reflecting a 23.6% (YoY) increase.
In October, there was a decline in the price of new housing per square meter in a number of cities, including Almaty, Aktau, Atyrau, Kokshetau, Konaev and Petropavlovsk. Despite this trend, the average price across the country rose by 7.9% (MoM), largely due to a significant increase in Astana.
